Questions
What does the free course include?
We take one recording or series and build the finished course: activities in the video, Ask and a certificate, under your brand. You can sell it, and sell products from inside it, and we take nothing from those sales.
What makes me pay?
Wanting a second course. Move to On Demand at A$99 a month and build as many as you like. Your first course stays as it is.
Is there a fee on sales?
No. What you sell is paid into your own Stripe account, and only Stripe's own card fee comes off it.
Are there limits on hours or learners?
No. Learners are never counted and viewing is not metered. If one account ever uses far more than the rest, we will talk to you before anything changes.
What do I need for live sessions?
Your own paid video meeting account with cloud recording. Your room size is whatever that plan allows, and we never charge per attendee.
Is the money mine straight away?
Sales go to your own Stripe account on Stripe's normal payout schedule. Any tax settings on that account are yours.
Are walkthroughs and documents to sign extra?
No. On Demand and Live include as many walkthroughs as you need. There is no fee per document or per signature, because StreamClass makes the signed copy itself.
Can I leave?
There are no contracts. You can export your people, enrolments and certificates, and cancel when you like.
