Any document, explained by you, section by section.
A policy, an agreement, a procedure, a form. You record a short piece for each section, from a script drafted out of the document in your own way of speaking. They watch, answer a check, initial or sign where it matters, and you keep the record. When the document changes, they only go through what changed.
3. Fire and evacuation
When the alarm sounds, stop work and leave by the nearest exit. Do not use the lifts.
Go to the assembly point on the south car park and wait for your warden. Do not go back inside for anything.
If you discover a fire and it is small, use the nearest extinguisher only if you have been trained. Otherwise raise the alarm and leave.
Wardens wear a red vest and a white helmet.
Drawn from the product. The document, the people and the business are examples.
Each section ends the way it should
You decide what a section asks of them. Some are just read. Some need proof they understood. Some need a signature.
Read and tick
For the parts that only need to be understood.
Answer a check
One question on what you just said. They cannot go on until they get it right.
Initial or sign
Where it matters, with a sealed copy kept for both of you.
Fill in their details
Emergency contact, licence number, who their supervisor is.
See their own figures
Their program, their price, their start date, pulled from their record.
When the document changes, they only go through what changed
Publish version 4 and everyone who finished version 3 gets one email: the refunds section changed, please confirm it. They watch that one section and initial it. Nobody sits through the whole thing again, and your record shows who has confirmed the new version and who has not.
- You choose who must re-sign: everyone, or only people from now on
- Review dates: set the document to come back to you every 12 months, or whenever you choose
- Go through it again: yearly inductions and declarations, on a date you set

You can see who has done it, and chase the rest
Not opened, in progress, overdue, out of date, done. One click reminds everyone who is not finished. Add a hundred people at once, or one new starter on Monday, and it keeps their place if they stop part way.
Where a walkthrough fits
Before they join or pay
Put it in front of a course or a live session, and the seat is held until they finish it. "Held until they finish the induction. We emailed it to them."
Inside a live session
Open it in the room and see who is on which section while you talk. Sign-on day, done in the call.
In their language
Captions and a translated copy of the document for each language you add, so they go through it in theirs.
From the file you already have
Upload the PDF or Word document. It is split into sections for you, and sign and initial fields are found on the page.
Eleven ready to use
